All items are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our warehouse. Mooto Singapore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Please note that all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are strictly for FAULTY ITEMS ONLY.
If you believe you have have received a faulty item, please contact us at operations@rivas-jhkim.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with the following details:
- Order number (e.g. #1234)
- Contact number
- Photos and/or videos of the faulty item
All return/exchange items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags.
Roadshow, clearance, sale, discounted, promotional and/or bundled items are sold on an "as-is" basis and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. By purchasing roadshow, sale, discounted, and/or promotional item(s), you acknowledge and accept the current condition of the item(s) at the time of sale, including any defects or issues that may not be disclosed.
